Your feedback
Solo Housing values feedback from all its residents, so if you have any thoughts, ideas or suggestions about how we can do things better please speak to your Support Worker. We also ask you for your feedback each year so we can produce an official report, which will help us to improve the services we offer.
When the time comes for you to leave your Solo Housing accommodation, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire which looks in more detail about your time with us, your experiences — good and bad. This will also help us to make more positive changes and improvements.
