Support Worker meetings

It is a condition of occupying supported accommodation with Solo Housing that you agree a support plan and meet regularly with your Support Worker so that together you can overcome any issues you had when you arrived with us. Working with them will also help you develop the necessary skills you’ll need for independent living.

When you are assessed by the local authority for move-on you will need to show you have these skills and they will be vital when you move into a permanent home.
