Service improvements and resident involvement
We are always trying to improve our services and we rely on you, our residents, to tell us how you think we can do things better. We use your comments and feedback to make positive changes and improvements. We also report on our performance each year to our funders and wider stakeholders.
You can be involved in shaping our services and business plans a much as you like while you are staying with us and we welcome your participation so that we can carry on getting better for you and for others in the future. Please talk to your Support Worker if you have any ideas, comments or would like to get involved in developing our services.
